great views but don't forget your own kitchen supplies
The cottage offered fine floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the amazing lake and mountain views beautifully. Modern furnishings, with excellent appliances including a great shower and washing machine. The beds were decent and provided good rest after a long day of exploring.
The absence of kitchen essentials like spices and cooking oil was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was amiable - I would have extended the stay. That was perfect hotel set in very quiet area, near to an orchard of cherry and pear trees, right above the Hardanger fjord, the beach, and the Hardanger fjord...

The two-bedroom cottage offered amazing views right from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area was bright with modern appliances, including a great shower and washing machine. The absence of some kitchen essentials like cooking oil and spices slightly hampered meal prep, and the mattress wasn't as comfortable as expected. The location is fantastic, close to the village center and surrounded by apple and cherry farms.

We had an fantastic time in the two-bedroom cottage with amazing floor-to-ceiling windows that showcased the stunning fjord right from our living room! The cozy vibe welcomed us, and there were great spots for relaxing like a lovely outdoor area and a cute lounge room. Just a heads up, it can get a bit warm on hot days because of all the natural light, so maybe bring a fan! 😊

Summer heat is overpowering!!! Window screens needed to avoid insect troubles. Check-in times could be clearer to prevent confusion!!!

Fine Views and Cozy Comfort
The living area was bright and spacious with ceiling-to-floor windows, and the kitchen was great for cooking. Everything felt modern and well-kept. The only downside was that the warmth from all the sunlight streaming in might be overwhelming during summer.

The views of the fjord and mountains from the cottage created a lovely backdrop for our stay, making it nice. The kitchen setup allowed for convenient self-catering, essential when you're on a longer trip.
The heat in the cottage from the large west-facing windows was oppressive on sunny days. Though you could open the bedroom windows, that came with the risk of insects coming in. The lack of window screens compounded the issue, suggesting a need for better ventilation solutions.
